Once an order is placed, I will contact you to discuss your design and make an appointment if you want your cup to be made on TikTok live. Please leave your phone number or email when ordering.

Please know that if the colors you select do not turn out how you hoped, I will remake your cup.

**You will be emailed or messaged to set up an appointment for future lives or FaceTime. Cups are created in the order in which they are recieved and based upon turner availability.**
